Moraira, in the heart of the Costa Blanca, is a picturesque town located between Alicante and Valencia, cities you can access by motorway. Both cities have airports with daily connections to most European cities. Originally a fishing village, Moraira has become an exclusive tourist and residential destination with a large international community; even so, it remains one of the few towns on the Costa Blanca without overcrowding and awarded as one of the cleanest in the country in recent years.

The landscape is surrounded by green pine-covered mountains and “Moscatell” vineyards. In its eight kilometers of coast, we can find sandy beaches, such as 'L'Ampolla', 'El Portet' and 'Les Platgetes'; and also charming coves such as 'L'Andragó' and 'Cap Blanc'. In the direction of the nearby villages of Benitatxell and Jávea we find the beautiful “Ruta de los Acantilados”, one of the most beautiful walks in the Mediterranean. The beauty and natural spectacularism of the environment makes it ideal for hiking and scuba diving, as well as all water sports. Today we can enjoy a beautiful marina where we find a variety of boats, from traditional fishing boats to the most luxurious yachts.

The Port of Moraira is considered the most attractive of this part of the coast. Moraira still maintains a small traditional fishing fleet as well. At a cultural level it has a modern building, house of culture 'La Senieta', where you find the Town Hall office, a library, exhibition and activity rooms, and auditorium.

It also highlights the 'Auditorium of Teulada-Moraira' designed by Patxi Mangado (one of the best Spanish architects), which is becoming a cultural reference of the area. In an area of 25 km we can find from great typical bars trying to rescue and improve the traditional gastronomy to an unusual density of restaurants with 'Michelin stars' and 'Repsol suns'. The mild climate we enjoy all year round makes Moraira the ideal place to live or enjoy your holidays.
